*Manage any team, regardless of whether their league has been selected.
*Players outside European leagues can gain second nationalities as long as they aren't European. For example, Uruguayans playing in Argentina can become Uruguayan/Argentine but Spanish players playing in Argentina won't become Spanish/Argentine.
*Regens from smaller nations will now regenerate at younger (normal) ages.
*Reserve teams enabled for German, Portuguese and Spanish clubs without a B team.
*Scout roles can be offered to staff (except physios).
*Transfer windows added to all leagues.

Minor gameplay changes:
*Argentina: Squad restriction of 4 foreign players added.
*Argentina: TV and prize money added to Primera B División, reduced in Primera División.
*Australia: 4 --> 5 foreign players allowed in match day squad.
*Australia: Final renamed to Grand Final and brought closer to last Closing Stage fixture.
*Australia: Opening Stage winners called Premiers instead of Minor Premiers.
*Confederations Cup: Last World Cup winners enter instead of last Confederation Cup winners.
*England: Players aged 24+ can now be loaned for a full season (instead of a maximum of four months).
*England: Clubs can make 9 simultaneous loans.

Known issues:
Background hiring: human managers need to move a league into the foreground before applying for a job (or else you never get them from my brief testing).
European Championship: Two hosts missing in history tab (Olot replaces them).
French National: still has 20 clubs - two just play no fixtures (Saint-Priest & Vesoul).
French League Cup: two Ligue 1 sides don't enter in the first season.
Loans: No domestic loans can be made in France and Ireland.
UK & ROI: Work permit accidentally removed (currently no restrictions).
