Gameplay changes:
*Bosman signings now allowed in Croatia and Poland, removed from Israel and Ukraine.
*Golden goal offsets tweaked, it should prevent things like this and this happening.
*Human managers can apply for jobs at clubs in inactive leagues, causing that club to hire a manager (may be the player or an AI manager).

Minor gameplay changes:
*England: League Two relegation places reduced from 3 --> 2.
*England: Suspensions will display immediately after a match rather than after one day.
*Netherlands: Eerste Divisie relegation place removed (as it doesn't work).
*Republic Of Ireland: Automatic relegation places from the Irish Premier Division increased from 1 --> 3 for the 2016/17 season.
*Spain: Real Sociedad can now sign 
Spanish players who don't have a Basque second nationality (thanks JohnLocke!).
*Transfer windows updated to current dates for all leagues (mostly minor changes).

Display changes:
*English National League North suspensions are shown to be for English matches instead of Welsh matches.
*MLS club names updated (New York City --> Toronto FC, New York --> New York Red Bulls (short), Portland Timbers --> Seattle Sounders FC).
*Squad numbers can now be issued in all leagues (thanks for the offset gio!).
